My stay at Pestana Rio Atlantica was a mix of highs and lows. The room had a beautiful side sea view, but the maintenance issues, like a leaky air conditioner and an uncomfortable bed, were disappointing. On the plus side, the hotel's location is fantastic, right on Copacabana beach, making it easy to access local restaurants and shops. The staff tried their best to help, but overall, the state of the hotel felt below expectations.
